What’s your business and who are your customers?

I am a Registered Dietitian running a nutrition business that provides one on one nutrition consultations to help people to eat healthier and reduce chronic disease risks. We help you to reach your nutrition goals in terms of weight loss, diabetes, pregnancy, digestive health, etc.

Explain your experience and how you use it to help clients.

I am a Registered Dietitian who graduated from the University of British Columbia and did a Dietetics internship at Royal Columbian Hospital. I have extensive experience in preventive health, diabetes, weight loss, pregnancy nutrition, etc.

I am a media dietitian and content manager. I have been featured on TV, radio, and in newspapers. I also have my own YouTube Channel to promote healthy eating.

I am familiar with the Western diet, Chinese diet, and South Asian cuisine.

Tell us about yourself. For example, what first got you started working on your business, and what motivates you each day to do what you do?

We want to help people to eat healthier and live a better quality of life. The information on the internet is overwhelming and confusing. We provide professional and evidence-based counseling services to individuals.
