Are you looking to make mealtime easier for your busy family?
Ann Kent created the Peas and Hoppy Meal Guide app to take the guesswork out out of family meals and to save you time, money, and stress. This affordable meal planning membership (just $14.99/month!) will help you enjoy dinnertime with your family!
Ann grew up on a farm before earning her Bachelor’s degree in dietetics and Kansas State University and then earning her master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Kansas Medical Center where she completed her dietetic internship.
She started Peas and Hoppiness as a passion project to link the silos of sustainable agriculture, food and cooking, and nutrition. Today, the Peas and Hoppy Meal Guide Membership continues to work towards this goal.
Though the affordable monthly membership, Ann provides fresh new meal ideas with weekly menus, including recipes and a grocery list that updates with any changes a user makes to their menu.
As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education specialist, Ann is careful to balance all the meals nutritionally. She is currently training to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and is committed to creating a diet-free meal planning option through this membership.
Menus feature seasonal produce so members can support local farmers and get in touch with where their food comes from. Ann writes and tests all the recipes in her home kitchen so members are confident to create delicious, plant-forward, nutrient-dense meals the whole family will love.
Here at Peas and Hoppiness we firmly believe you should love the food you eat. Welcome to the table!
