Specializing in women’s health, intuitive eating, and meal planning, I provide evidence-based, customized support to help clients achieve lasting changes in their eating habits, enhancing both physical and mental health. With a focus on individualized care, I create tailored nutrition plans that empower clients to confidently make food decisions that bring joy and satisfaction.
Areas of expertise:
Women’s Health: I am passionate about women’s health and have worked in this area for my entire career as a registered dietitian. Guided by my nutrition expertise and experience, I help women navigate pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, PCOS, urine incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse (for example cystocele or rectocele), interstitial cystitis, iron deficiency anemia, osteoporosis, perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging.
Nutrition Counselling: I offer personalized nutrition counselling to help clients achieve their health goals. Using evidenced-based nutrition counselling techniques and a respectful, non-judgemental, and compassionate approach, I help empower positive behaviour change and create sustainable habits.
Intuitive Eating: I also guide clients to learn the practice of intuitive eating. Through learning and counselling techniques, I help clients develop body attunement, reframe thoughts and beliefs to support overall well-being, and develop skills to nourish their bodies.
Meal Planning and Culinary: I help clients transform meal times with personalized meal planning and culinary guidance. Tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, clients learn how to plan, cook, and enjoy nutritious meals – without tedious calorie or macro counting. With my guidance, I help clients build practical skills for lasting health and satisfaction.
