My focus is to help athletes and active people meet their athletic, and health needs by nourishing their body with healthy whole foods, while providing therapeutic benefits. I believe in whole foods first, supplements second.The foundation of my programs are to provide realistic sustainable meal plans, healthy lifestyle changes, and evidence based science sports nutrition recommendations.  Any patient in my programs will receive medical nutrition therapy (high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc.) if warranted, in addition to individualized sports nutrition guidance.  My objective is for my patients is to meet their individual goals, increase energy, decrease risk of injury and illness, while optimizing their performance and overall health.

I have been working as a dietitian for 25 years and have a certification specialization in sports dietetics (CSSD), a coveted certificate that the NCAA, USOC, & national professional sport leagues require. I love sports nutrition and am continually fascinated on the the body and human performance nutrition. What gives me such enjoyment is sharing this information I learn with my patients.

I understand most people realize that sports nutrition is important for training and competition, but they may not know why, what to eat, timing, or how to make it practical. That is what I am for, I teach you how to do all of this in a practical way, that is sustainable.
