Frankie Reinbolt is a Registered Dietitian based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She runs a nutrition consulting practice and is committed to improving the health of her clients. Her approach combines 8 years as an RD with the latest nutrition research to help her clients face their health goals and challenges head on and achieve the results they desire. Frankie recognizes that there is a lot of confusing and conflicting information out there and that it is often difficult to know where to begin. She strives to help her clients make sense of this information by breaking it down and using an evidenced-based approach to her practice. Frankie’s focus area’s are:

Voted One of Best Dietitians in Vancouver by The Best of Vancouver   Frankie started her career working as a clinical dietitian in the acute care setting where she had a wide variety of clinical experience including oncology, renal, ICU, general medicine, neurology and long-term care. Frankie has also worked as an outpatient dietitian where she has gained experience in women’s health including menopause and pre and postnatal nutrition, bariatric and weight management, diabetes, IBD, cardiovascular health, celiac disease, vegan/vegetarian diets and general healthy eating. Frankie is currently working as a dietitian in the private healthcare sector doing full-time nutrition consulting. She is passionate about women’s health – particularly fertility, pre and post-natal nutrition and menopause, plant-based nutrition (vegetarian and vegan diets) and cardiovascular health. She is committed to helping her clients find a nutrition plan that meets their unique lifestyle and helps to optimize their overall health using the latest evidence-based nutrition guidelines.
