I teach people how to soothe and heal their gut, build a better relationship with their body and their food, and improve their mental health and wellbeing. Many of my clients are dealing with IBS, IBD, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and long-standing restrictive diets due to unexplained symptoms.
I provide virtual (video or phone) trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, holistic nutrition care to people who are dealing with mental illness, gastrointestinal disorders, and emotional challenges. I am trained in integrative and functional nutrition and disordered eating, and specialize in the area of mental health.
