About

Are you in search of an experienced Registered Dietitian to assist with weight loss, weight gain, or the journey to change your body composition? You’re in the right place. Through customized meal plans, lifestyle adjustments, and ongoing support, I empower my clients to achieve sustainable and healthy weight loss.

I also offer coaching and support to help you lower blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol, all while improving markers linked to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Managing chronic diseases requires a holistic approach, and I specialize in creating nutrition and lifestyle plans that support overall health. My expertise spans across digestive health, managing food sensitivities, and addressing women’s health concerns.

For those who have tried every diet without success, I understand your frustration. My approach involves identifying personalized barriers to success, creating realistic plans, and fostering a positive mindset. By addressing the root causes, I guides clients toward long-lasting and effective solutions.

Struggling with emotional eating or wanting to cultivate a healthier relationship with food? I combine nutritional expertise with behavioural strategies to address underlying issues. By fostering mindfulness and promoting balanced eating habits, I help clients reshape their relationship with food and create sustainable lifestyle changes.

I was born and raised in Calgary, Canada, and my journey into the world of health and wellness started early when I began working as an international model at the age of 16. While I’ve always been passionate about promoting health, my firsthand experience in the modeling industry showed me the challenges and sacrifices associated with societal pressures to maintain a certain body shape. Recognizing the need for a healthier approach that doesn’t involve extreme restrictions or rigid diets, I set out to find a better way to be fit, healthy, and have a positive relationship with food.

My interest in nutrition and wellness prompted me to pursue a Bachelors of Nutritional Sciences, specializing in Dietetics, from McGill University. I transitioned into the role of a dietitian, focusing on chronic disease management, where I witnessed the profound impact of the food environment on people’s behaviors and the alarming shift towards unhealthy lifestyles. The prevalence of overly processed and convenient foods contributed to rising rates of nutrition-related chronic diseases, making healthy choices less accessible for many.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on public health, I pursued a Masters of Public Health, specializing in Health Promotion studies, from the University of Alberta. My work in community health promotion centered around the development and evaluation of Indigenous school nutrition programs and community-based diabetes prevention and management initiatives.

Today, I operate a virtual practice where I work closely with clients and families across Canada. I find joy in discovering the best nutrition plans tailored to address their unique concerns and challenges. My approach is grounded in individualized and holistic care, considering the intricacies of their daily lives, cultures, and beliefs. Together, we navigate the path to improved health and well-being.
