Hi, I’m Beth 👋🏼  I’m a virtual Registered Dietitian, with 5+ years of clinical experience in primary care and women’s health.

I work with women who are tired of diets that never stick, navigating emotional eating, ADHD, or just feeling out of control around food. You don’t need another diet plan, you need strategies that actually work with your brain and your lifestyle.

Insurance / Direct Billing

Check your insurance coverage to see if Registered Dietitians are included. I accept payments by credit card, and provide a receipt afterwards for insurance reimbursement. We offer direct insurance billing for Ontario clients with select insurers.
