I’m passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food while reaching their health goals, raising their families, and enjoying what they eat.

A mom of two, I particularly enjoy working with women in all stages of life, whether they are planning their first pregnancy, feeding a growing family, or moving into menopause.

From planning to shopping, prepping to serving, I can help you get food on the table with less stress, less time, and more confidence!

More specific areas I can support include: nutrition for fertility, prenatal nutrition, gestational and type 2 diabetes management, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and infant feeding/early life nutrition.
