Ashley Leone, RD is a Toronto-based sports dietitian and the founder of Gazelle Nutrition Lab, specializing in performance nutrition for competitive athletes aged 18–30. She works with high school, collegiate, university, and sub-elite athletes who want to train harder, recover faster, and compete at their highest level.
Ashley supports athletes competing in track and field, cross country, road running, triathlon, alpine skiing, basketball, soccer, and endurance sports, including those advancing to upper-league high school play, NCAA Division I programs, and elite development pathways. Her athletes have achieved age-group all-time records, earned selection to World Cross Country Championships, and used strategic fueling to perform at championship-level competitions.
Her nutrition coaching is grounded in sports science and real-world application, with a focus on personalized fueling strategies that match training load, competition demands, and long-term athlete development.
