I assist adults of all backgrounds with their nutrition, but my specialties include first-time moms, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause/menopause, & geriatrics/seniors (helping them enjoy retirement & maintain their independence until end-of-life). I’m also a lactation counselor—eager to help with all of your nursing, pumping, & breastfeeding-related needs! I have a holistic approach to my care which factors in the “whole person”. Our time spent together (especially during the initial appt) involves me getting to know you on a deep level. This allows me to create a very tailored, attainable & sustainable approach to your concern.
I bill insurance preventatively for my services so clients don't have to meet their deductible or pay a co-pay/co-insurance. My services are usually fully-covered and don't require any cost-sharing for the patient. Medicare recipients with diabetes, CKD, or kidney transplant always pay nothing! I am in-network with, and bill directly to: Medicare Part B (Original/Straight Medicare), Medicare Part C (Advantage Plans), Medigap (Medicare Supplement Plans); UHC (UnitedHealthcare), UMR (United Medical Resources), Optum, Surest, All Savers, Harvard Pilgrim, Oxford Health Plans; Cigna, Health Partners, MVP Health Care, Priority Health; BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Anthem, Regence, Premera, Wellmark, Highmark, CareFirst, Horizon, Independence, Capital, HSA or FSA funds.
