Hi! I’m Anna Maria, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. I have over 10 years of experience helping clients making lasting changes to their health. I would love to walk along aside you on your health journey!

I provide advice that is practical, sustainable and enjoyable. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive. I am here to help you navigate the health concerns you are facing with more ease and confidence.

I work with clients virtually across Alberta, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
