I am an anti-diet, weight-inclusive dietitian *for* athletes (BTW, if you move your body with intention, you are an athlete and deserve to treat yourself like one!). My specialties include:

• Athletic performance for endurance and mountain athletes (runners, hikers, rock climbers, skiers, etc.)
• Risk reduction for and recovery from injuries
• Recovery from Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs)
• Intuitive Eating & food freedom
• Recovery from disordered eating or eating disorders
• Plant-based diets

I work with adults and teens aged 16+.
