About

With over 18 years of clinical experience, I’m a Registered Dietitian offering virtual nutrition counselling across Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. I take a whole-person approach to nutrition, considering not only your medical conditions and symptoms, but also your lifestyle, stress, sleep, food preferences, stage of life and the everyday chaos that influences how you eat.

I help adults make sense of complex nutrition information, understand how food choices can affect their health, and develop practical strategies that work in real life. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, managing a chronic health condition, or taking a proactive approach to your long-term health, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported in your decisions.

My approach

Nutrition advice can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re managing a health condition and finding conflicting information online. You may have been told to avoid certain foods, follow restrictive diets, or make changes without fully understanding why they matter. It can be difficult to know what actually applies to you.

Together, we’ll look at the bigger picture, separate evidence from nutrition myths, and identify which changes are most relevant to your health. I focus on understanding your individual needs, building on what you’re already doing well, and finding realistic ways to move forward. Rather than handing you a rigid meal plan or a long list of rules, I’ll help you develop a flexible meal framework and practical skills you can use over the long term.

With me, you’ll receive clear explanations, evidence-based guidance, and a realistic plan that fits your life – even when it’s busy (or mildly on fire).

If you’ve been managing a nagging health issue on your own, feeling unsure about what to eat, or wondering how to protect your health as you age, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. If you’re ready for some knowledgeable, practical backup, I’d be happy to help.
