Hi, I’m Manisha! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Registered Nutritionist who supports clients through compassionate, evidence based nutrition counselling that’s practical, flexible, and built for real life.
I believe nutrition should feel should feel simple, enjoyable, and sustainable, not restrictive or overwhelming. Food is deeply personal and influenced by day to day routines, culture, health history, and lived experience. My role is to help you find an approach that actually works for you, so you can feel more confident around food and more steady in your habits.
My interest in nutrition started close to home. I wanted to support my family and the people around me in feeling better, building healthier routines, and finding more balance with food. Over time, I also saw how confusing nutrition information can be and how easy it is to feel stuck without the right guidance. That’s why I focus on simplifying the noise and turning science into clear, practical steps.
