With 12 years of experience, Grace began her career in the fast-paced hospital setting, where she gained a deep understanding of a wide range of medical conditions. She then honed her skills in outpatient cancer care, where she works with patients during and after treatment.
Grace knows that health isn’t one-size-fits-all—especially when it comes to chronic conditions. Her diverse background makes her well-equipped to work with individuals managing high cholesterol, high blood pressure, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, digestive issues, general healthy eating, weight loss, and those navigating life with & after cancer.
Known for her calm, compassionate approach, Grace meets clients where they are. She believes in progress over perfection, and that all foods have a place in a balanced diet. Being of Asian descent, Grace understands that healthy eating can be achieved with culturally appropriate foods.
With a master’s degree in nutrition and a love for evidence-based care, Grace is passionate about turning cutting-edge research into practical, everyday strategies to help you feel your best using an Intuitive Eating approach.
AVAILABILITY: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9 am – 4 pm. In-person at our Crowfoot NW Calgary office and virtual appointments (video chat & phone) available, for clients living in Alberta only.
Coverage for Registered Dietitian Services may be included in your employee benefit plan or through a health spending account (often under "Paramedical Services"). You may also have coverage through a spouse. You will be provided a receipt after each appointment which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Talk to your insurance provider or HR department for information on your plan. We offer direct billing for Sunlife at this time.
