I’m a registered dietitian who works with people navigating cancer, digestive disorders, and weight management. For 9 years I’ve counseled patients across every age, background, and stage of cancer diagnosis, and I bring that same depth to gut health and sustainable weight care.
Habit change is hard when you’re already managing a health condition. I work one-on-one with you to build a plan around your life: your labs, your symptoms, your schedule, your food preferences. No generic meal plan. No one-size-fits-all approach.

I'm in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem, Cigna, Curative, Humana, Medicare, Select Health, Tricare, and UnitedHealthcare. Most clients pay nothing out of pocket. Out-of-network? I provide a superbill and help you file for reimbursement. I also accept cash pay, HSA, and FSA, with sliding scale pricing for those who qualify.
