Hi there! My name is Kelly. I work as a non diet Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor based out of Atascadero, located on the Central Coast of California. I work with women struggling to live up to the unrealistic beauty and body standards of today’s society by partnering with her clients to rebuild trust and connection with themselves as they navigate the seasons of life. I help my clients to release control around food and body, care for their bodies with kindness, and stop the game of comparison. My mission is for my clients to embrace who they are and, ultimately, come home to themselves.

My experience: private practice- disordered eating/chronic dieting/eating disorders, eating disorders at PHP/IOP level of care, hospital- inpatient and long term care, foodservice management
