About me
I am a registered dietitian with over 20 years experience. Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of populations, and one thing they have all had in common, aside from the obvious fact that we all need to eat, is that we are complex creatures, with complicated relationships with food and our bodies. And having a poor relationship with food can really suck the joy out of life and keep us from living a life that reflects our values. My goal is to help you heal that relationship with food and your body.
I offer services in nutrition for mental health (including body image and trauma-related eating concerns), emotional eating and binge eating. Please note that I am not a mental health or trauma therapist and I strongly recommend also working with a mental health professional if you are struggling with these concerns.

We all know that we should eat healthy, but there are legitimate reasons that we don’t (or can’t). The standard cookie cutter approaches don’t work for everyone. Let’s work together to find strategies to help you remove the shame, and improve your health and your relationship with food, in realistic and approachable ways. No diets. No shame. No judgement.
