Hi there!

Are you looking for support before or after your bariatric surgery?

Bariatric surgery is life changing in many exciting ways, but it can also be very overwhelming and lonely if you don’t have the proper support.

I offer ONLINE bariatric nutrition support for residents of Québec, Ontario, & several other provinces, for the following bariatric surgeries:

  • Sleeve gastrectomy
  • Gastric bypass (RYGB)
  • Biliopancreatic diversion with duodenal switch (BPD/DS)
  • Single anastomosis duodeno-ileal bypass with sleeve (SADI)
  • Revisional surgeries

BEFORE surgery support – Whether you’re planning to have your bariatric surgery abroad, privately within Canada, or through the public healthcare system, I’m happy to help! You deserve to feel confident about nourishing your body after surgery. With so much information on the internet and on social media, it’s hard to know what to believe and how to tailor it to your lifestyle and specific surgery. At our first appointment together, I’m happy to review the basics of life after surgery, talk through common myths, discuss important habits to be successful after surgery, make a list of protein supplements that fit with your preferences, etc.

AFTER surgery support – Whether you’re struggling with digestive issues early on after surgery, simply wanting general food and nutrition support to start out on the right foot, navigating weight regain, or you’re newly pregnant or wanting to become pregnant, I’m happy to help! You deserve to feel confident in your eating habits.

A bit about me…

I’ve been working with bariatric clients since 2014. I have bariatric experience from working in the public sector (Montréal General Hospital), the private system (Weight Loss Surgery Inc), and in working with clients who choose to have surgery out of the country.

I’m the co-author of the highly rated Amazon books: “The Complete Guide to Weight Loss Surgery: Your questions finally answered” and the French version “Le guide complet de la chirurgie bariatrique: la reponse a vos questions”.

And lastly, my private practice, Bariatric Surgery Nutrition, has been helping clients since 2016. Not only do we offer dietitian appointments, but we also run seasonal virtual bariatric support groups, and have several E-Courses (including: The Ultimate Bariatric Nutrition E-Course and Habit Refresh: A bariatric surgery toolkit for after the first year).

If you’re looking for support in your bariatric surgery journey, you’re in the right place.
