I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Integrative and Functional Nutritionist on a mission to empower women to take back control of their health and wellbeing and live optimally through food, nutrition, culinary medicine, lifestyle and mindfulness.  I believe food and lifestyle is medicine and our bodies have an  inherent ability to heal themselves when provided with the unique nourishment they require.  This includes not only what we eat, but also how we think, move, sleep, and engage with the world around us. Whether you are grappling with weight loss challenges, hormonal imbalances, elevated lab levels, fatigue, entrenched habits, or other conditions, I am here to help you discover what your body needs to thrive at any stage of your journey.

Recognizing that each individual is wonderfully distinct, I create personalized plans tailored to the specific needs of my clients. By placing a strong emphasis on nutrition to improve insulin resistance and optimize the microbiome, coupled with lifestyle modifications and mindfulness techniques, I empower my clients to make intuitive choices that support their overall health and well-being. My ultimate objective is for you to embrace each day as the healthiest, happiest, and most authentic version of yourself.

I have over 15 years experience in the nutrition space and have been focused on women’s health for over 5 years. I hold a Master’s degree from Stony Brook University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science from Long Island University at CW Post and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stony Brook University.  I specialize in functional nutrition with a particular focus on women’s health, hormonal imbalance, PCOS, weight loss, infertility, metabolic syndrome, perimenopause, menopause, gut health, insulin resistance and root cause nutrition.
