Constantly questioning food choices and feeling guilt and shame about your eating habits is exhausting and causes you to miss out on life experiences. Diet culture can make us feel stuck in a place of food guilt and negative self talk. Are you looking to stop being at war with food and your body?​ By using evidenced-based practices through the lens of the All Foods Fit philosophy and Health at Every Size® I want to help you make peace with food.

I have respect for all bodies and personal lived experiences. As a team, we will work together to identify patterns and limiting beliefs that inhibit you from living life unrestricted. Throughout this journey, you will be provided with tools, resources, and information to ensure you feel supported, educated and confident in your ability to nourish your body with a nurturing mindset.

I have a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Miami University. I completed my 1200-hour didactic internship with Sodexo with a concentration in eating disorder treatment. I have experience working in higher levels of care including Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs. I take an anti-diet and weight inclusive approach. I work to help my clients repair their relationship with food and their bodies through Intuitive Eating.
