You don’t have to struggle with food and body image on your own. As a dietitian who has overcome her food struggles, I am here to walk with you on your journey to recovery. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I will be there to provide guidance, empathy, and support while you take the driver’s seat.
